CHANGES IN THIS VERSION
-----------------------
The only major changes to this version are that it no longer requires the
cgi-lib.pl or cgi-test.pl libraries and has been renamed graffiti.cgi so
as to be compatible with directories that will only recognize Perl scripts with
the .cgi extension. This should aid in installation of this program as no
other programs are needed for this to run.

Look through the script and make the adjustments mentioned in the comments.
Primarily, these places are at the beginning of the script. You'll need to
edit the two variables "$GraffitiDir" and "GraffitiURL". You no longer need
the script "cgi-lib.pl".
Next, edit the enclosed index.html file to your own liking. The way it is
should be sufficient to get set up. Make sure that when you put the file
on the server, you either have it saved in UNIX format or upload it as
text only. Otherwise, you'll see problems. Make sure you "chmod 777" this
index file because the script reads and writes to it. Also make sure you
"chmod 755" the "graffiti.cgi" script so it can become executable.

NOTICE ON INSTALLATION
